Welcome to the Windhoek Dog Club

The Windhoek Dog Club offers now two different options for people who want to attend to our classes:

1) Once off payment for puppy and beginners classes: You can pay 400 N$ (2023) or  450 N$ (2024) for one course, either puppy (puppies up to 6 months) or beginners (for dogs 6 months and older). This needs to be paid before the beginning of the class, either cash, via EFT or PayToday and is only valid for the specific course with 8 classes. If you miss a class, no refund or replacement class will be possible. This does not include the membership at the club and the use of the club grounds beside the course times. Registration for the class is compulsory as the places are limited.

If you decide to become a regular member after the first course, you can just pay up the difference.

2) Become a regular member of the Windhoek Dog Club:

As a member of the Windhoek Dog Club you can join as many regular courses as you like as long as you have paid the annual membership fee. You are also entitled to use the club grounds to work or play with your dog(s), not only during training hours but also at any reasonable time when the club grounds are not used. The pedestrian gates are not locked.

Some courses are ongoing, some courses go over a defined amount of weeks and can only be joined at the first or second time to make progress possible. Please check with the trainers if you are not sure which course is the right one for you and when you can join.

If some courses need to be paid for separately, this will be announced with the course.

You will receive regularly the minutes of the committee meetings and further information about events etc. via email. If you do not receive these emails, please contact the secretary at info@windhoekdogclub.com to make sure your email address is noted correctly.
